The Arctic Circle Assembly (ACA) is the largest annual international gathering on the Arctic, attended by more than 2000 participants from over 60 countries. The Assembly is held every October in Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Center in Reykjavík, Iceland. This year's ACA will be held on 19-21 October.
The EPB will attend the Arctic Circle Assembly again this year, co-organising / joining following sessions:
- 20 October (Friday) 09:40 - 11:05ICARP IV – Deciding Arctic Research Priorities for the Next Decade (organised by the EPB with the International Arctic Science Committee - IASC & the Icelandic Centre for Research - Rannís)
- 20 October (Friday) 20:15 – 21:10 EU-PolarNet 2 - Networking of Arctic Science Funders and Operators (organised by the EU-PolarNet 2 Members)
- 21 October (Saturday) 11:20 - 12:15 Aligning Arctic Research Priorities, Infrastructures & Access in Support of ICARP IV (organised by the EPB with the International Network for Terrestrial Research and Monitoring in the Arctic - INTERACT)
Besides sessions above, the EPB is also co-organising the EU Polar Cluster booth and side meetings for the EPB members.
