The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is in the process of producing a Special Report on Climate Change and Oceans and the Cryosphere. The 45th Session of the IPCC will be held in Guadalajara at the end of March 2017 – the Special Report will be further developed as part of discussions there.
