Ocean Decade Conference 2027

The 2027 Ocean Decade Conference will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, bringing together participants from across the global ocean community. Co-organized by UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC), the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Brazil (MCTI), and the City of Rio de Janeiro, the event will review progress, share initiatives, and discuss future directions for ocean science and sustainability.
